Coach Adam will help your player with his strong emphasis on FUNdamentals, making every session enjoyable and challenging, while cultivating a strong foundation to build upon. Focus will be on dribbling, passing, catching, playing without traveling and overall basketball performance. If your athlete is shy, timid or lacks confidence, Coach Adam will help your player not only build skill, but also confidence in THEMSELVES and their GAME!
Designed for Hoopers looking to be challenged, while building solid fundamentals. Athletes will execute drills to improve ball handling, finishing, defense, shooting and rebounding. Each session will include basketball performance exercises to improve speed, agility, and plyometrics (jump training). Under Coach Adam’s direction your Hooper will GROW as a player and DEVELOP as an athlete.
