Shoot, dribble, alley-oop! Team sports set a strong foundation for learning life and social skills through gameplay. Beginning January 9, the 2022 Lil' Ballers, Mighty-Mites, All-Stars, and Superstars Spring Youth Basketball League meets every Sunday for 16 weeks (with no practice on March 20, April 17 or May 8 to observe holidays and school breaks). The league is open to players of all abilities and emphasizes fundamentals, skill development, and sportsmanship. You do not have to be a member of the J to participate.
