Teamwork, determination, friendship, and fun! Youth Basketball programs are a slam-dunk when it comes to setting the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

Clinics will go over the very basic fundamentals of the sport through games and drills to establish a great foundation of skills moving towards being game ready.

As players progress our coaches will still emphasize the importance of the basics, but will challenge the players with intermediate skills and begin to introduce strategic moves and thinking about the sport.

Practices are 45 minutes, Mighty Mites on Mondays and All-Stars on Wednesdays, with five minutes before and after for players to warm up and cool down.
